Description

· Accounts Payable

o Verify Invoicing and enter A/P into QuickBooks with proper coding

· Help with Job Costing and Operations Tracking

· Office and Operational Support

o Handle Phones, entering customer information into CRM

o At times, help assist with field to office coordination

· Help assist with Office Administrations

  • Record and code company credit card transactions
  • Assist with entering and verifying employee timesheets in the payroll system
  • Assist with intercompany data entry and tracking among Ace Paving and AP Milling
  • Update project financial models with invoice dates, revenue amounts, cost data, and other financial inputs
  • Reconcile receipts for credit card statements
  • Recording weekly payroll Journal Entry
  • Work with the accounting team to streamline workflows and support better financial operations
