Location: Simi Valley, CA

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, and deliver product using a company vehicle. This role combines hands-on warehouse work with scheduled delivery responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver product in company vehicle (approximately 12 hours per week) following assigned routes and schedules
• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing lists
• Manage inventory records, perform cycle counts, and conduct periodic inventory audits
• Assist with instrument preparation and staging for shipment or use
• Package and ship product according to company procedures and carrier requirements
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse areas
• Complete related warehouse tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and record keeping
• Ability to lift, carry, and move moderate to heavy items (typical warehouse physical demands)
• Prior warehouse, inventory, or shipping experience preferred but not required

Schedule:

Full-time schedule – Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00p.m.; includes regular daytime warehouse hours and approximately 12 hours/week of scheduled driving/deliveries. Some flexibility may be required.
