Wagner is looking for a Lead Fabricator to step into a Team Leader role in our Pipe Bending Department. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who understands fabrication, takes pride in quality work, and is ready to guide a team.

If you’ve been the go-to person on the floor—the one others rely on for setups, troubleshooting, and getting the job done right—this is your next step.

What You’ll Do

· Lead and support a team of fabricators and operators 

· Set up and operate pipe/tube bending equipment 

· Read blueprints and ensure parts meet exact specifications 

· Troubleshoot tooling, material, and production issues 

· Train and mentor team members on processes and best practices 

· Help plan daily production and keep work flowing efficiently 

· Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and organization 

What We’re Looking For

· Experience in metal fabrication, pipe/tube bending, or similar processes 

· Strong knowledge of blueprints, measurements, and shop math 

· Proven ability to coach, train, or lead others on the floor 

· Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability 

· Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail

Physical Requirements

· Hands-on, active role in a shop environment 

· Ability to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally
