Your Impact

As a Client Advisory Services Manager, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to our clients, helping them navigate complex financial challenges and make informed business decisions. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you’ll lead engagements, mentor team members, and deliver insights that go well beyond compliance. Your days will be dynamic and impactful—balancing hands-on client work, team leadership, and forward-looking advisory conversations that help businesses thrive.


How You Will Add Value

  • Provide strategic oversight of full-cycle client engagements for for-profit organizations
  • Lead financial discussions, prepare for advisory meetings, and translate data into actionable insights
  • Develop and review financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support client growth initiatives
  • Oversee payroll processes and manage sales and use tax compliance
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, systems, and internal controls
  • Collaborate with internal teams across service lines to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Mentor and coach staff, building confidence, skills, and future leaders
  • Contribute to business development and marketing efforts that support firm growth


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or another related field
  • 5+ years of relevant public accounting experience
  • 3+ years in a client-facing leadership or advisory role
  • Active CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
  • Experience with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Intacct, or NetSuite
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • A collaborative, servant-focused mindset when working with clients and teammates
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality work
