Description

  

Responsibilities

· Greet and assist service customers in a friendly, professional manner.

· Prepare repair orders and communicate repair details clearly.

· Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.

· Maintain regular contact with customers during service visits.

· Promote additional services and accessories that enhance the Harley-Davidson experience.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or business degree preferred.

· Previous experience in a dealership service advisor role preferred (motorcycle, automotive, or powersports).

· Strong understanding of Harley-Davidson products, maintenance schedules, and repair procedures.

· Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

· Proficiency with dealership management systems (Talon, CDK, or similar) and Microsoft Office.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.

· Professional appearance and a passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

· Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement required.
