We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations while driving exceptional consumer experiences, strong sales performance, and consistent execution of Travelpro brand standards. This role leads and develops store teams while ensuring operational excellence, visual merchandising consistency, and strong execution of retail initiatives. You will partner closely with retail leadership, Retail Operations, Human Resources, and cross-functional teams to support store performance and team development.

What You’ll Do
Lead Store Operations & Business Performance
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure strong execution across all functional areas
- Drive sales performance and support achievement of business goals and KPIs
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently followed
- Manage store schedules to ensure optimal staffing and coverage across business periods
- Maintain store readiness, operational consistency, and accurate store documentation
Lead & Develop High-Performing Teams
- Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and consumer engagement excellence
- Partner with HR and retail leadership on recruiting, hiring, training, and employee relations
- Provide coaching, feedback, and development support to improve individual and team performance
- Support training initiatives focused on selling behaviors and operational execution
- Foster open communication and collaboration across the retail organization
Elevate Consumer Experience & Brand Standards
- Deliver and reinforce best-in-class consumer engagement across the store experience
- Ensure visual merchandising, pricing updates, and product presentation standards are executed accurately
- Support team selling efforts to maximize conversion and sales opportunities
- Manage and resolve consumer escalations with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain and uphold Travelpro brand standards across all touchpoints
Support Inventory & Operational Excellence
- Partner with Retail Operations to maintain healthy inventory levels and reduce stock issues
- Monitor product performance and communicate insights on trends and opportunities
- Ensure merchandise is properly processed, stocked, and communicated upon receipt
- Manage shipment discrepancies, damage reports, and operational supply needs
- Complete required operational, safety, and loss prevention checklists and reporting

What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field preferred
- Experience leading teams in a consumer-focused retail environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred:
- Experience in merchandising, inventory management, and retail operations
- Experience supporting hiring, training, and team development initiatives
- Visual merchandising experience preferred
- Management training experience preferred
