Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Resident Aide who finds purpose in serving residents with compassion, teamwork, and attention to detail. In this role, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care and companionship to our residents. Your day will involve helping them fulfill their quality of life needs and provide assistance with mobility, hygiene, eating, dressing, and all other needs indicated by their plan of care. You will also help to ensure that call lights are answered promptly while monitoring and helping residents as needed. This position is ideal for someone who values consistency, clear expectations, and meaningful work that directly improves the lives of others.
Schedule Details
- Shift: 2nd Shift (2:45 pm - 11:15 pm)
- Full-time, 32 hours per week
- Every other weekend required
- Holiday rotation required
What This Role Looks Like Day to Day
- Assist with resident ADLs including mobility, hygiene, eating and dressing and other needs
- Assures proper documentation and timely charting for resident care
- Assist in answering call lights and ADL support of the residents

Pay & Work Environment
- Starting at $16/hour, plus additional $1.50 for working 2nd shift, with higher rates considered based on experience
