Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM; Alternating Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Summary & Core Responsibilities

As a primary point of contact, you will serve as a friendly greeter and ensure the efficient handling of customer orders. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Order Processing: Accurately detail incoming garments for the processing facility; upon return, verify and organize orders on racks at your store. 
  • Customer Excellence: Act as a "Customer Pleaser" by providing welcoming service and proactive problem resolution with professional follow-through.
  • Operations: Manage basic daily computer tasks and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
