Description

Student Ambassadors are a student-led service team housed within the Office of the President, designed to support campus-wide needs while providing direct assistance with presidential events and administrative operations. Members of the Student Ambassadors serve as a flexible, reliable resource for projects, programs, and day-to-day functions that enhance the university community. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general support for campus initiatives, events, and projects as assigned
  • Assist with planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of events hosted by the Office of the President
  • Perform administrative tasks including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing basic correspondence
  • Support scheduling needs, including coordinating meetings and maintaining calendars
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal inquiries and direct requests to appropriate offices
  • Assist with special projects that require a dependable, detail-oriented student team
  • Represent the Office of the President with professionalism and discretion
