We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to lead daily front office operations. This role ensures outstanding guest service, effective team leadership, and smooth front desk performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and support front desk team members 
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns 
  • Manage staff scheduling and shift coverage 
  • Oversee check-in and check-out operations 
  • Monitor reservations, occupancy, and revenue opportunities 
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards 
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness 
  • Prepare reports and assist with operational planning 

Qualifications:

  • Previous hotel front desk or hospitality management experience preferred 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills 
  • Excellent customer service abilities 
  • Experience with hotel PMS systems preferred 
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
