We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to support daily front office operations. This role assists in leading the front desk team, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering outstanding guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support front desk team members during assigned shifts
- Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes
- Provide exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding new team members
- Monitor reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness
- Assist management with reporting and daily operations
Qualifications:
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience required; supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Experience with hotel PMS systems preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
