A Client Care Navigator (CCN) is a very important role within the Isaiah House organization. Navigators represent the treatment programs offered by Isaiah House to front-line referral agencies throughout the state of Kentucky.

Additional Information:
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30PM
- Work Environment: Remote
- Travel Requirements: 100%
- Travel: Rockcastle, Pulaski, Russell, Cumberland, Clinton, Wayne and McCreary County.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) within the assigned CCN region.
- Educate COIs on Isaiah House’s history, programs, services, and client outcomes.
- Field calls from potential clients exploring treatment options and communicate all new client referrals to the CCN Supervisor through Microsoft Teams.
- Manage travel schedules for assigned counties within the region.
- Maintain accurate records of COI activity, client referrals, and client admissions in Asana.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Knowledge of addiction and substance use treatment preferred.
- Strong connections with community services, organizations, and public agencies preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- For positions requiring lived recovery experience, candidates must meet all applicable certification, funding, and program requirements, which may include a minimum period of sustained recovery.
