Outpatient Therapist (LICSW / LPC) – Spanish Fort, AL
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Call | Competitive Salary + Bonus

Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing outpatient behavioral health team in Spanish Fort. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, collaborative environment with a strong referral base and consistent patient volume.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, outpatient-only role (Monday–Friday) 
• No call, no weekends 
• Established patient base with strong referral flow 
• Autonomy in clinical approach with administrative support 
• Work alongside psychiatrists and midlevel providers in a team-based model 
• Modern clinic setting with full support staff 

 Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic intake evaluations (CPT 90791) 
• Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions 
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans 
• Utilize evidence-based interventions (CBT, trauma-informed care, etc.) 
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation 
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed

Education

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

 Requirements:

• Active LICSW or LPC license in Alabama 
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health preferred 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
