The work directly supports property performance and brand integrity by strengthening social media execution, improving marketing quality at the property level, and ensuring alignment between corporate strategy and on-site execution.
When this role is performed well, marketing efforts are cohesive, effective, and clearly connected to leasing outcomes—while leadership is supported with the structure and coordination needed to operate at a high level. You won’t just execute marketing tasks—you’ll help define and uphold the standard.

Core Responsibilities
The following represent the essential functions of the role and must be able to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Evaluate and oversee property-level social media accounts to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with brand and target audience
- Own performance metrics across social channels, including engagement, growth, and content effectiveness
- Define messaging, positioning, and content strategy to improve relevance and alignment with leasing objectives
- Maintain and manage a centralized content calendar aligned with company initiatives and milestones
- Conduct audits across social media, websites, listings, and collateral to ensure brand compliance
- Provide clear direction and guidance to on-site teams, holding them accountable to brand standards and marketing best practices
- Support corporate marketing efforts through content development, coordination, and communication alignment
- Oversee and guide lifestyle photo/video shoots to ensure alignment with brand and customer positioning
- Identify recurring marketing gaps and recommend actionable improvements
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations
- Serve as a day-to-day resource for property teams on marketing execution
Executive Support Responsibilities (10-15 hours/ week):
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and scheduling
- Conduct daily check-ins to align on priorities and follow-ups
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, travel, and key engagements
- Maintain organized and confidential executive documentation
- Provide administrative and logistical support as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

· On-site teams demonstrate stronger adherence to brand standards and marketing expectations
· Social media channels show clear growth in engagement and effectiveness
· Executive operations run smoothly with proactive coordination and minimal friction

What Will Help You Thrive
Successful candidates typically bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience: 3–5 years in marketing coordination, with strong emphasis on social media and multi-location environments
- Technical Skills: Social media platforms, content strategy, analytics, and marketing systems
- Professional Skills: Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and project management

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position is performed primarily in an office environment. The role may require extended periods of sitting or standing, routine use of standard office equipment and technology, and the ability to view a computer screen for extended periods. Depending on the specific responsibilities, the position may also involve lifting up to 25 pounds, as well as meeting any additional role-specific physical requirements.
