The Middle School Academic Coordinator supports the entire middle school program by planning and executing events, managing substitute teachers, supporting office functions and student needs, and working closely with the Head of School helping manage the daily schedule and activities.

Responsibilities include
- Collaborate with Head of School
- Facilitate substitute teachers - scheduling, directing
- Uphold, model, and believe in the core values of The Oaks Academy
- Capable of stepping into the classroom as well as working as part of an office team
- Support and plan various activities and events
- Communicate effectively and proactively with students and staff at all levels

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Enjoys working with people, preferred experience with students ages 12 - 15
- Capable of light physical labor involved in set-up and tear-down of internal hospitality events
- Strong writing skills
- Organized, with attention to detail
- Devout Christian who is a member of, associated with, or seeking to be associated with, a Christ-centered community of faith or a church
