Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting and managing core HR functions, ensuring efficient operations and a positive employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions from employees and managers.
- Oversee recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain employee records.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee training, performance reviews, and development initiatives.
- Promote company culture, employee engagement, and retention efforts.
- Support management with employee relations and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
