This role places you at the leadership table. As a member of the management team, you’ll:

  • Collaborate with executive leadership across the agency 
  • Help guide strategic decisions and program development and enhancement
  • Influence agency-wide initiatives and service integration

Lead and Develop a Strong Clinical Team

  • Supervise and support outpatient behavioral health clinicians

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field 
  • Licensed in the State of Iowa
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership, supervision, and program development experience 
  • Strong knowledge of mental health, substance abuse, and trauma-informed care
