Role Summary

Bul-Tec Roofing is seeking a driven Commercial Roofing Estimator / Sales Representative to support continued growth throughout the Indianapolis market. This role is ideal for an experienced commercial roofing professional who combines estimating expertise with strong industry relationships and business development instincts.

The ideal candidate understands commercial roofing systems, has experience pricing projects, and can leverage existing market relationships to help drive revenue growth. This is a high-visibility opportunity with strong earning potential and long-term leadership growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare      accurate estimates and proposals for commercial roofing projects
  • Review      drawings, specifications, and bid documents
  • Develop      and maintain relationships with property managers, facility owners,      general contractors, and developers
  • Identify      and pursue new commercial roofing opportunities
  • Coordinate      with operations and leadership teams during project turnover
  • Assist      with project scope reviews and pre-construction planning
  • Maintain      pricing accuracy and competitive bid strategy
  • Support      customer communication throughout the estimating and sales process
  • Attend      site visits, walkthroughs, and customer meetings as needed
  • Track      pipeline activity and sales opportunities
  • Collaborate      with leadership on growth strategy and market expansion
  • Represent      the company professionally within the Indianapolis roofing market

Requirements

 Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+      years of commercial roofing estimating experience
  • Experience      with commercial low-slope and/or steep-slope roofing systems
  • Existing      relationships within the Indianapolis commercial roofing market
  • Strong      understanding of commercial roofing materials and installation methods
  • Ability      to read blueprints and project specifications
  • Strong      communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter      mentality with strong organizational skills
  • Valid      driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record

Preferred Qualifications

  • Estimating      Edge software experience
  • Prior      commercial roofing sales experience
  • Strong      referral network
  • Experience      with reroofing, maintenance, and service projects
  • Experience      working in fast-paced growth environments
  • Knowledge      of commercial roofing manufacturers and systems
