The Position:

We are adding a SLP to our passionate and talented Speech Team in Downers Grove. This is an ideal opportunity to join a practice with over 20 years of history delivering play-based therapy.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide both individual and group therapy services for clients
  • Complete all required documentation for clients
  • Collaborate with Clubhouse colleagues to discuss progress and recommendations for clients
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations and document, analyze, and interpret results
  • Provide family education and training
  • Collaborate with OTs, PTs, BCBAs, RBTs, and LCSWs to help clients reach their goals
  • Participate in our mentorship network as either mentee or mentor

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or equivalent from an accredited college or university
  • Licensed to practice Speech Language Pathology
  • Pediatric speech therapy experience or other experience working with children in a clinical capacity

Preferred:

  • Bilingual / Spanish-speaking
  • Familiarity with AAC, ASL, or other specialization
