 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:15 AM–1:15 PM — home by early afternoon, every day.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Running individual sessions and group counseling that genuinely move the needle
  • Building personalized treatment plans that fit real people, not templates
  • Tracking progress and adjusting care as your clients grow and change
  • Partnering with other providers to wrap clients in the support they need
  • Looping in family and support systems when it helps the client (their call, always)
  • Keeping your clinical knowledge sharp and your documentation airtight
  • Being the calm, knowledgeable point person when a case needs it most
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma/ GED, Associate, bachelor’s or master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related behavioral-health field, as required for the applicable license.
  • Licensure: Active Ohio license in good standing as an CDCA, LCDC II/III, or LICDC
