JPI is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Management Support Specialist to support the U.S. Coast Guard Office of Cyberspace Forces . This role provides project coordination, communications, meeting management, and operational support across a portfolio of cybersecurity and strategic transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is an organized professional with strong writing, communication, and project coordination skills who can support multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced federal environment. This position is well-suited for candidates with experience supporting federal programs, cybersecurity initiatives, or organizational transformation efforts. This role directly supports program leadership through meeting facilitation, task tracking, reporting, SharePoint/Teams administration, and development of executive-level communications and deliverables.

Responsibilities Include:
Program & Project Support
- Support Program Managers, Team Leads, and Workstream Leads in coordinating project activities and deliverables.
- Track project actions, milestones, risks, and deliverables using task trackers and status reporting tools.
- Assist with maintaining project documentation, schedules, lessons learned, and knowledge management repositories.
- Support development and maintenance of project plans, status reports, dashboards, and briefing materials.
Meeting & Communications Management
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, working groups, and leadership engagements.
- Develop meeting agendas, read-ahead materials, presentations, meeting summaries, and action item trackers.
- Manage calendars, conference room scheduling, Teams meetings, and stakeholder communications.
- Draft professional communications, emails, executive briefings, memoranda, and reports for leadership review.
Collaboration & Administrative Support
- Maintain and update Microsoft Teams and SharePoint collaboration sites.
- Support management of shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and user access requests.
- Monitor incoming correspondence and route requests using established procedures and workflows.
- Maintain organizational templates, trackers, SOPs, and communications repositories.
Strategic & Operational Support
- Assist with tracking strategic initiatives, stakeholder engagement activities, and program performance metrics.
- Support process improvement initiatives and development of standardized workflows and documentation.
- Contribute to preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Public Administration, or related field and 2–4 years of relevant experience; OR
- 4–6 years of relevant professional experience supporting federal programs, project management, operations, or strategic communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing professional reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Experience supporting multiple projects or stakeholders simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.

- Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams and leadership levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
- Experience supporting DHS, USCG, DoD, or other Federal Government clients.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and task tracking processes.
- Experience supporting cybersecurity, IT, or enterprise transformation programs.
- PMP, CAPM, Scrum, or other project management certification preferred.
- Experience with SharePoint administration, Teams governance, or knowledge management tools.

Expected compensation for this role is between 55,000-90,000, including a generous benefits package with comprehensive healthcare coverage.
