Requirements
- Partner with inside sales to receive warm, pre-scheduled kitchen table appointments with homeowners, no cold calling required
- Build strong customer relationships and close high-quality residential and commercial solar sales
- Analyze homeowners' energy usage and educate customers on the financial benefits and long-term ROI of solar
- Create customized solar proposals and pricing solutions tailored to each customer's needs
- Manage and grow your pipeline using CRM tools and consistent follow-up strategies
- Drive deals forward through excellent communication, responsiveness, and relationship-building
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while maximizing your earning potential
- Generate referral and repeat business by delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience (solar or construction preferred)
- CRM experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and self-motivation
