Job Summary: The Roofing Shingler Foreman leads a crew of roofers on residential and commercial projects. This role is responsible for overseeing job site operations, ensuring quality control, managing timelines, and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

•Supervise and coordinate roofing crews on job sites

•Install and oversee installation of asphalt shingle roofing systems

•Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope

•Train and mentor crew members

•Enforce safety standards and company procedures

•Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and clients as needed

•Conduct quality inspections and resolve issues on-site

Qualifications:

•3–5+ years of roofing experience, including leadership experience

•Strong knowledge of roofing systems and installation practices

•Ability to read plans and specifications

•Excellent leadership and communication skills

•Strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred:

•OSHA certification

•Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
