Description
We are seeking an energetic, approachable, and driven Class A CDL Service Team Leader to lead service and delivery operations throughout the Sauk and Columbia County areas. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong customer and employee relationships, and is passionate about developing a high-performing team.
As a Service Team Leader, you will oversee all aspects of service and delivery for your assigned team while ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service. This position also requires route coverage as needed. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Lead and supervise the service team to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and motivate team members to achieve service goals.
- Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal departments to maintain strong communication and operational efficiency.
- Fill in on delivery routes as needed while completing all required regulatory paperwork.
- Identify and communicate daily issues and opportunities to the Service Manager and upper management.
- Maintain all required tracking, reporting, and performance measurements accurately and on time.
- Communicate account status changes and field issues promptly to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow all FMCSA standards and company safety procedures.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary of $70,000 annually

Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Current Federal Medical Card
- Three to five years of beverage industry experience highly preferred
- Previous leadership or team supervision experience required
- Ability to lift, move, and maneuver products weighing up to 165 lbs. with hand carts and equipment assistance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and prioritize effectively
- Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to motivate others and perform well under pressure
- Positive attitude with professionalism and patience when working with employees and customers
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Self-motivated with the ability to lead in a constantly changing environment
- Comfortable using computers and mobile devices, including iPads
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations for operating commercial vehicles
Salary Description
$70,000 annually
