Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to assist customers with product-related questions
- 1+ year of cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Hardware or home improvement retail experience is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods
- Comfortable using computers and register systems
- Occasionally lift or move up to 25 lbs.
- Professional appearance and demeanor
