Assembler Job Summary
As an Assembler at Bedrock, you will construct high-quality truck beds by combining prefabricated components. The Assembler plays a critical role in ensuring precision, safety, and product excellence in a fast-paced production environment.
Assembler Responsibilities
- Inspect parts for quality and proper usage prior to installation
- Test components throughout the assembly process
- Assemble truck beds using manual and power tools
- Use gauges and measuring tools to ensure accuracy
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- All other duties as assigned by management
Assembler Skills and Competencies
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a production environment
Assembler Qualifications
- Ability to visually inspect products for quality
- Ability to understand and apply workmanship standards
Work Environment
Work is performed in a manufacturing setting with indoor and outdoor exposure, varying temperatures, and moderate noise levels.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and lift up to 50–75 lbs occasionally with assistance
- Frequent use of hands, wrists, and arms for assembly tasks
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed throughout the shift
