Pad Designer Job Summary

The Pad Designer develops innovative saddle pads focused on fit, durability, and performance.

Pad Designer Responsibilities

• Design and prototype saddle pads
• Develop patterns and material specifications
• Test for durability and fit
• All other duties as assigned by management

Pad Designer Qualifications

• 3+ years sewing or textile experience
• Industrial sewing expertise
• Equine knowledge preferred
