Experience & Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their surgical journey 
  • Schedule consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments 
  • Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage, estimates, and financial responsibilities 
  • Coordinate care with surgeons, clinical staff, and referring offices 
  • Ensure accurate patient records and documentation are maintained 
  • Provide clear pre- and post-operative instructions and support 
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a medical or dental office preferred 
  • Strong customer service and communication skills 
  • Knowledge of insurance verification and medical billing processes

  • Proficiency with practice management systems and basic computer skills
