Larson Automotive Group is hiring a Customer Care Associate to support our sales and service teams by helping customers over the phone and creating a positive experience from the very first interaction.

No automotive experience required—we provide training.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls professionally and assist customers
- Schedule service appointments and support customer follow-up
- Help resolve customer concerns with patience and professionalism
- Support sales and service departments with administrative tasks
- Keep communication organized and accurate throughout the day
- Deliver a positive customer experience on every interaction
