What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical trailer issues
  • Repair and replace heavy-duty trailer components
  • Perform welding and fabrication repairs
  • Inspect parts for wear, damage, or safety concerns
  • Dismantle and reassemble equipment using hand and power tools
  • Conduct post-repair testing to ensure safe, proper operation
  • Perform preventative maintenance on trailers and related equipment
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass the lift test, drug screen, physical, and audiogram
  • Must supply your own basic hand tools
  • Strong time management and work ethic

Preferred

  • 2–5 years of heavy-duty trailer or equipment experience
  • Trailer body, welding, and fabrication experience
  • State certifications
  • Self-motivated, positive, and team-oriented attitude
