Experienced Installer Opportunity – Automotive Protection & Appearance

Volkswagen of Tacoma is seeking a PPF & Window Tint Installer with experience in automotive film installation, detailing, or related hands-on trade work.

This role focuses on precision installation, production consistency, and high-quality finish work on new and pre-owned inventory.

What You’ll Do

• Install paint protection film on high-visibility vehicle areas 
• Install window tint to dealership and manufacturer standards 
• Prepare vehicle surfaces for proper adhesion and finish quality 
• Inspect and correct installation imperfections 
• Maintain organized workflow and clean installation area 
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in PPF, tint, vinyl wrap, or automotive detailing required or strongly preferred 
• Strong precision and attention to detail 
• Ability to produce consistent, high-quality installation work 
• Comfortable working in a production environment 
• Reliable, steady work history

• PPF installation (XPEL, 3M, SunTek, or similar) 
• Window tint installation (computer-cut systems preferred) 
• Automotive detailing or vehicle preparation experience 
• Dealership or high-volume shop experience
• Strong teamwork skills
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
• Must have clean & valid driver's license
