Job Summary:

 Feldmeier Equipment is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Training & Development Specialist to lead training strategy across our manufacturing operations. This exempt role partners closely with Operations, Safety, Quality, and HR to design and implement training programs that improve performance, safety, and employee development

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacturing training program design and implementation
• Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement training
• New hire onboarding and skills development
• OSHA and safety training alignment
• Training needs analysis and curriculum development
• Workforce development and cross-training initiatives
• Manufacturing compliance and audit support

Qualifications

• Manufacturing training experience
• Lean Manufacturing experience
• Training & development or instructional design background
• Ability to lead programs independently
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk and stand on the production floor as needed.
• Ability to work in an office and manufacturing environment.
• Ability to comply with all safety requirements and use PPE when required.
