The Program Manager supports the Clinical Directors in the oversight of an outpatient clinical program grounded in peer support, recovery, and trauma-informed care at Axiom Care. This role centers lived experience as a core foundation for fostering trust, engagement, and hope in clients served. The Program Manager provides direct supervision to peer support and housekeeping staff while ensuring daily operations are aligned with recovery-oriented principles, compliance standards, and high-quality client care. Working closely with clinical and operational teams, this position helps create a safe, structured, and person-centered environment that promotes empowerment, recovery, and long-term wellness.

Duties/Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day site operations, including scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and overall human capital management, while serving as site administrator.
· Oversee proper opening and closing of the facility, ensuring all safety, security, cleanliness and operational procedures are completing and documented according to protocol.
· Manage supply ordering and inventory control to ensure adequate operational materials, clinical supplies, food service items and client necessities are consistently available.
· Build trusting, recovery-focused, trauma-informed relationships with clients using shared lived experience to support engagement and recovery.
· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, leadership, and all departments to ensure optimal client care and operational efficiency through ongoing communication while assessing client progress, needs and barriers.
· Coordinate transportation to appointments, services and community outings to support continuity of care.
· Maintain and oversee coverage schedules for front desk reception, incentive store, and monitoring of clients throughout facility.
· Ensure compliance with all ethical standards, organizational policies, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including strict HIPPA guidelines for safeguarding client information.
· Respond to crisis and emergencies using de-escalation techniques, empathy-based interventions, and established emergency response protocols.
· Identify, report, and follow up on facility maintenance and safety concerns to ensure a safe and functional environment
· Support Axiom Care’s commitment to Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS), by participating in related training, promoting cultural responsiveness, and assisting with languages access initiatives to ensure inclusive and accessible client services.
· Attend daily treatment team staffing, clinical supervision sessions, and other required meetings or trainings.
· Perform other duties, projects, and responsibilities as assigned by management to support program and organizational needs.
Supervisory Responsibilities
· Accomplishes human resource objectives for the clinical team by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.

Required Skills/Abilities:
· Proficiency in computer applications and electronic medical record systems.
· Advanced skill using Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Ability to communicate effectively with clients, their loved ones and professionals.
· Ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations.
· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
· Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
· Working knowledge of twelve step programs of recovery and the purpose of counseling
· Good communication skills
· Ability to work independently
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· Active CPR and First Aid certification required (may be provided by Axiom).
Qualification Requirements:
· Current and valid Peer Support Certification (Required)
· Requires 4 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
· Lived experience and at least 1 year in recovery
· Bilingual preferred.
· Active CPR and First Aid certification required (may be provided by Axiom).
· Strong computer skills required, experience with electronic medical records preferred.
