The Scheduler plays a vital role in supporting both our clients and clinical team by ensuring schedules, staffing, and authorizations are accurate, proactive, and well-coordinated so daily operations run smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, values responsibility, and takes pride in creating positive experiences for others.


This role primarily supports scheduling and payroll-related functions.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain schedules for all client services.
  • Create, update, and manage staff schedules to ensure accuracy, coverage, and operational efficiency.
  • Review schedules within the practice management system (MeasurePM) for accuracy and approve schedules for payroll processing.
  • Serve as the primary systems expert for MeasurePM, providing support and guidance to team members and answering scheduling-related questions.
  • Monitor client authorizations in collaboration with the clinical team to support continuity of care and compliance requirements.
  • Communicate proactively and professionally with staff, clinicians, and families to help resolve scheduling concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in all scheduling and payroll functions.

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM


Requirements

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in scheduling or managing others.
  • Ability to navigate technology.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelors' degree in business or related field.
  • Three to five years of business administration experience.
