Production Forklift Driver 

You run a tight forklift and you take second shift seriously. We're looking for you.

The Fremont Company — a family-owned food manufacturer with over 120 years in the business — is hiring a Production Forklift Driver at our Rockford facility. This is hands-on, keep-the-line-moving work, and we need someone who shows up ready to do it right.

What you'll do:

• Operate a forklift to move raw materials, finished goods, and pallets throughout the production facility
• Stage and replenish materials to keep the production line on schedule
• Load and unload as needed
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and flag any issues
• Keep your area safe, clean, and organized
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to meet daily targets

What you bring:

• Valid forklift certification required — no exceptions
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• A safety-first mindset and strong attention to detail
• Reliability and the ability to work independently on second shift
