• Monday – Friday
• 7:30 AM – Finish
• Overtime opportunities available during peak season

What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential HVAC systems while delivering exceptional customer service in the field.

Responsibilities Include:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
• Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and airflow issues
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly to customers
• Complete service documentation accurately
• Maintain company vehicle inventory and equipment
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service during every visit
• Support team operations and maintain a positive work environment

Work Environment

• Field service environment
• Exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, debris, and equipment noise
• Local travel required throughout assigned service territory
• Ability to work extended hours during peak demand periods

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience strongly preferred
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building codes
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently in a field service environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Residential service background
• Experience servicing a variety of HVAC systems and equipment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
