Schedule

• Monday – Friday 
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (or until jobs are completed) 
• Overtime opportunities available during peak season 

What You’ll Do

As a Residential Plumber, you’ll diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems while delivering professional customer service in the field.

Responsibilities Include:

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues and recommend solutions 
• Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and replacements 
• Service water heaters, drain systems, fixtures, and residential plumbing components 
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and recommendations 
• Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently 
• Maintain company vehicle inventory and equipment 
• Follow safety procedures and company standards 
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service during every visit 
• Support team operations and maintain a positive work environment 

Work Environment

• Field service environment 
• Exposure to smells associated with sewer and water systems 
• Exposure to dust, debris, and equipment noise 
• Exposure to varying weather conditions 
• Local travel required throughout assigned service territory 
• Ability to work extended hours, including occasional evening shifts as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a field service environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Residential service plumbing background
• Water heater, drain, and sewer experience
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
