Description

Position Overview-  A Receptionist in a Long-Term Care Facility serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, staff, and healthcare providers. This role supports daily administrative operations while creating a welcoming, professional, and compassionate environment. 


Key Responsibilities-  

  • Greet and assist residents, visitors, vendors, and staff 
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls 
  • Manage front desk operations and visitor sign-in procedures 
  • Provide information about facility services, visiting hours, and resident locations
Requirements

 Receptionist Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred 
  • Previous receptionist, customer service, or healthcare office experience is a plus 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Basic computer and telephone system knowledge
Salary Description
$17.00/hr
