Description
Woodscape Apartments is now hiring a Make Ready/ Ticket Runner in Houston, TX.
Duties:
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
Requirements
- At least 12 months of onsite multifamily experience
- General labor, porter, warehouse, housekeeping or landscaping experience preferred
- Possess valid Identification
