PAYROLL HR COORDINATOR (ONSITE ROLE M-F 8AM - 5PM)

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & HR Coordinator to support our team with a primary focus on payroll processing, along with day-to-day HR support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, supporting employees, and gaining broader experience in Human Resources.

You will partner closely with HR leadership, Finance, and operations to ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, while also supporting key HR processes such as onboarding, employee records, and benefits.

  

Key Responsibilities

Payroll (Primary Focus)

  • Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
  • Review timecards, earnings, and deductions for accuracy
  • Maintain payroll records, including taxes, deductions, and garnishments
  • Partner with HR and Finance to resolve payroll questions or discrepancies
  • Support year-end activities such as W-2 processing

Human Resources Support (Secondary)

  • Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
  • Maintain employee records in HRIS system
  • Support benefits enrollment and employee questions
  • Provide general support to supervisors and employees regarding policies and processes
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance tracking

   

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of payroll, HR, or administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information
  • Organized and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Paylocity experience a plus)

  

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Accounting, or related field
  • Paylocity HRIS system experience
