What You’ll Do

As a Client Care Specialist, you’ll help ensure our clients receive exceptional care while supporting and mentoring caregivers in the field.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, families, and caregivers 
• Cover open client shifts when needed to ensure continuity of care 
• Train and mentor new caregivers in clients’ homes 
• Communicate caregiver updates and performance to leadership 
• Uphold agency standards, policies, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is dependable, professional, and passionate about helping others.

• Experience as an HHA or STNA 
• Flexible availability between 8 AM – 6 PM Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends 
• Strong communication and customer service skills 
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps 
• Ability to adapt quickly and build strong relationships with clients and caregivers

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Ohio Driver’s License
  
• Reliable and consistent transportation
  
• Current proof of auto insurance
  
• HHA or STNA certification
  
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  
• Physically able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs
