Fire Sprinkler Operations Manager

Reliable Fire & Safety – Bessemer City, NC

Reliable Fire & Safety is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Operations Manager to oversee inspection operations, jobsite evaluations, customer surveys, and estimating/quoting for commercial fire sprinkler projects and inspections.

This is a leadership-level role focused more on operations, inspections, project walkthroughs, and client-facing responsibilities — not hands-on installation work. We are looking for a seasoned professional who understands the fire sprinkler industry inside and out and can help drive operational excellence while supporting field teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee fire sprinkler inspection operations
  • Conduct job walks, site evaluations, and customer surveys
  • Review systems for compliance with NFPA standards and applicable codes
  • Prepare accurate quotes, estimates, and inspection proposals
  • Coordinate with technicians, customers, contractors, and AHJs
  • Support scheduling, workflow management, and operational execution
  • Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions
  • Mentor and support field sprinkler inspectors and technicians
  • Assist with operational growth and process improvement initiatives
  • Support cross-training initiatives between sprinkler and fire alarm divisions

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a seasoned fire sprinkler inspector or operations professional who can lead from the field, build strong customer relationships, and help bridge operations between inspections, service, and project management. Someone who understands both the technical and business side of fire protection will thrive in this role.
