Commission Structure
- 4.75% of RO parts & labor sales (CSI below zone)
- 5.25% (CSI above zone)
- 5.5% (Top 10% CSI performance)
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and write repair orders
- Schedule appointments and recommend maintenance services
- Communicate with technicians and keep jobs moving
- Provide updates throughout the repair process
- Manage multiple customers and RO’s efficiently
- Deliver a strong customer experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Service Advisor or customer service experience preferred
