Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma is seeking an Entry-Level Automotive Technician who is serious about developing into a full-line, flat-rate technician.
This position includes routine maintenance work and assistance with daily shop operations. Training is available for candidates interested in developing automotive repair skills.
This position is best suited for individuals committed to long-term growth in the automotive industry.
What You Will Do
- Perform maintenance services (oil changes, inspections, tire rotations)
- Assist certified technicians with diagnostics and repair work
- Learn troubleshooting and mechanical systems hands-on
- Support workflow in a high-end service department
- Build foundational skills toward flat-rate technician progression
