Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma is hiring Sales Associates immediately for individuals who are motivated, competitive, and ready to earn at a high level.
This role is best suited for individuals who are consistent, coachable, and comfortable working in a structured sales process with high customer engagement.
No automotive sales experience is required. We provide training on product knowledge, sales process, and customer engagement.

What You Will Do
- Work with customers in person, online, and over the phone
- Present and demonstrate luxury vehicles professionally
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers and prospects
- Guide customers through the buying process
- Close sales and build long-term relationships

- High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.

- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Basic mathematical aptitude
- Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
- Clean driving record, with valid driver license.
