Larson Cadillac is hiring an Entry-Level Automotive Technician for a structured training path into a full technician role.
This is a full-time position where you will start with maintenance work and receive hands-on training to grow into a full technician role. This is designed for individuals who want to develop into a skilled technician
What You’ll Do
- Perform maintenance services including oil changes, tires, and inspections
- Assist technicians with diagnostics and repair work
- Learn how to identify mechanical and electrical issues
- Support shop workflow in a high-volume environment
- Build the skills required to move into a flat-rate technician role
What You’ll Get
- $41,600 – $44,000 annual pay
