Edmonds, WA | Toyota | Hospitality | Veterans encouraged to apply
Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that happens to sell and service cars.
We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. That's why we've grown to 40+ rooftops across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii while maintaining a culture built on one simple idea: do right by people, every time.
At Swickard Toyota of Edmonds, we serve a community that values reliability, trust, and a service experience that respects their time. The Courtesy Vehicles Coordinator plays a direct role in making that experience seamless -- and it matters more than most people realize.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Manage the full courtesy vehicle program -- scheduling, check-out, check-in, condition documentation, and fleet availability -- so every guest transition is smooth and stress-free
• Coordinate loaner vehicle assignments with service advisors and management to match guest needs with available inventory
• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism during loaner exchanges -- making a potentially inconvenient moment feel taken care of
• Maintain accurate records of all loaner activity -- mileage, fuel, condition, and return timelines -- using dealership systems
• Monitor vehicle cleanliness, readiness, and maintenance status -- flagging any issues and coordinating with the appropriate team
• Track and manage internal vehicle inventory movement to support service department workflow
• Communicate proactively with guests regarding loaner availability, return expectations, and any changes to their service timeline
• Support the service team with administrative tasks and guest coordination as needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
No automotive experience required. What matters most is how you show up for people.
• Background in hospitality, customer service, administration, or any guest-facing role -- you know how to make people feel at ease
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail -- you keep track of the moving pieces without losing composure
• Clear, friendly communicator -- comfortable with guests in person, on the phone, and via digital tools
• Dependable and proactive -- you spot what needs to happen before someone has to ask
• Comfortable learning dealership management software and digital tracking tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -- you'll be moving vehicles regularly
• A hospitality mindset -- you treat every guest interaction like it matters, because it does

Most people don't think of a loaner car as a hospitality moment. We do.
At Swickard Toyota of Edmonds, the Courtesy Vehicles Coordinator isn't a background role -- it's one of the most guest-facing positions in the building. You're the person who takes the stress out of a service visit and sends guests away feeling like they were genuinely taken care of. That's a skill. And it's one we invest in.
If you're organized, people-first, and ready to be part of a team that takes hospitality seriously -- we'd love to meet you.
