Description
POSITION SUMMARY: The Facility Coordinator will work independently while collaborating with various members of the management team on Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to organize, track, schedule and optimize equipment maintenance. In addition will be responsible to oversee all facility procurement. In addition, this position will oversee all facility procurement and serve as a bilingual (English/Spanish) communication resource, assisting with translation and interpretation to support effective communication with employees, vendors, and contractors.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintenance Coordination
- Process routine and corrective maintenance work orders, track to ensure timely completion, close out work orders and bring forward outstanding items or anomalies as required.
- Coordinator the preventative maintenance schedule with the team
- Data entry into the CMMS for new and existing equipment and parts. Generate labels and update maintenance schedules or job plans. Complete cycle counts, restock inventory and set / adjust reorder points.
- Coordinate job plan updates, input changes into the system, issue and communicate changes to the maintenance team.
- Conduct training and information sessions on the CMMS program for maintenance team members.
- Procurement Coordination
- Data entry, daily upkeep, and reporting within Procurement software.
- Collect and process all purchasing requests.
- Build working relationships with vendors.
- Oversight and consolidation of standard items to reduce duplication.
- Analyze purchases for efficiency and cost-effective measures.
Requirements
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors.
- 3 – 5 years relevant administrative work experience with customers, vendors and auditors
- Previous CMM/MRP system experience preferred
- Previous Parts/Maintenance Parts coordination preferred
- Technical / Mechanical understanding

- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be bi-lingual
