Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen

- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards

- Creativity and passion for culinary arts

- Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and cost controls

- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
