Description

GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Maintenance Technician III in Fresno, CA, come join a dynamic property management team!


In this role, you will perform a variety of maintenance functions throughout the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office spaces, grounds, and parking lots. Your work will help maintain the property in accordance with ownership and management objectives.


This position is scheduled for Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The pay for this position is $23.00-25.00 per hour.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative and maintenance and repair work in areas including, but not limited to, appliances, carpentry, hardware, and basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Complete assigned service requests and repairs in accordance with company operating procedures and standards.
  • Assist in preparing vacant apartments to ensure they are market-ready and meet company quality standards.
  • Maintain community grounds and curb appeal and trash management.
  • Be available for on call activity during off hours and emergencies as needed
  • Maintain good public relations with residents and vendors
  • Assist with annual apartment inspections and identifying action items
  • Report violations of lease and house rules
  • Timely completion of maintenance request, work orders and ensure tenant’s maintenance needs are being met
  • Work with manager to schedule vendors and order necessary supplies
  • Maintaining excellent curb appeal
  • Help maintaining excellent curb appeal

Requirements


Job Requirements - Maintenance Technician III

  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant maintenance experience
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Experience with minor repairs (e.g., wall patching, fixing doorknobs, basic appliance repair)
  • Ability to complete unit turnovers and handle work orders efficiently
  • Basic computer skills; able to navigate web-based applications
  • Strong customer service skills with internal and external customers
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills; able to follow directions and accept feedback
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • On call as needed





Salary Description
23.00-25.00 per hour, plus benefits
